Join your friend Felipe Echavarría from Colombia in the Circus courtyard for an entertaining journey through Latin America's diverse and exciting cuisine, prepared by Chef Daniel Esteban Guio Salazar from Colombia and Pastry Chef Erica Funes from Argentina.

Your evening will start with a sangria on arrival, followed by two iconic Mexican dishes, before continuing through Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, and finishing with decadent desserts from Argentina and Colombia.

Our fully licensed bar will keep the fiesta alive, offering frozen margaritas and Coronas con lima on ice, along with our exceptional selection of local and imported beers, wine, and handmade cocktails.
